Technology influences eating habits and brain

The study results from research at University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, New Bureau, published on Science Daily on March 6, 2020 monitor the findings of a research project with 119 young adults who consumed a meal while playing a simple computer game for 15 min. They ate significantly more while playing than when they ate the same meal without distractions.
