The Challenge of Aging

                                                                                            Source: westen61.de

Our life depends on dynamic changes. When we are young, we begin to grow and learn and at the peak of this dynamic we reach our best performance and body, brain and health constitution. The time-span of this dynamical upgrade is rather short if we compare it to the time-span of when our body begins to stop upgrading and slightly degenerates in relation to our life expectancy. For many years we don't notice this degeneration until we reach a point, when the degeneration becomes visible and affects our motion, body constitution, brain performance, productivity and capability and mobility.

In this Pop-in session I would like to discuss these aging effects and aging challenges and what each individual human could do to soften such effects and slow down this unstoppable degeneration, also understand the differences in aging of men and women and how to stay fit the longest and enjoy every moment of our life.

Feel free to glance at some articles and get deeper insight into natural aging processes of women and men in different stages. Let's also discuss what the growing number of aging population will mean to future generations and what  social impact is to be expected.
