Graffiti and Street Art
To live in a less grey but more colourful world, let's get inspired by artists and the way they put paint/pictures/symbols on walls, pavements, streets and decorate cities in a funny but meaningful, thoughtful and expressive way. Have a look at this slide show and discuss it!

Questions for discussion:
- What do you think about graffiti and street art?
- Would you want to have some of those in your town/village?
- Can it smarten and beautify dirty walls and greyish houses?
- What do you think about the artists, who like spraying and painting on walls, pavements, streets,...?
- Shall those artists get more attention and funds for their chalk art work?
- What do you think are those artists trying to say?
Earth Day - April 22nd 2016
(Source: Google)
(Source: planetearthherald.com)
The Earth Day is celebrated on the 22nd of April worldwide. It was launched to make people think more seriously about nature and how essential nature is to our life. Mankind keeps destroying the environment and the oceans. On Earth Day some people plant trees to symbolize an urgent need to start thinking green and change our living habits.
- What did you think when you first saw this picture?
- What do you do to help nature?
- Are there any environment projects you'd like to join to talk about?
- What actions shall be taken to improve the situation globally?
