How does music and sport effect our brain?

                                                               (2nd event)

Well, neuroscience, brain studies and researchers have been looking for ways to understand and optimize our brain capacity. They all had found out that our brains are able to learn until we die because our grey matter is plastic and formable, which was a ground-breaking discovery. The next step was to find out what can have a positive and sustainable impact on our brains and learning behaviour.

SPORTS

Now it is known, that cyclic movements and outdoor activities let our hypocampus grow. When legs keep moving, your brain will be highly activated and can perform execellently. The following links inform about the origins of the olympics and provide further information how sports can improve brain activity.
