Right now we are enjoying a wonderful white landscape, minus degrees and the winter in its full beauty. The bright sun makes the fluffy snow shine like millions of diamonds covering fields and meadows - just perfect for our kids riding their sledges downhill, having fun and no worries to think about.

On the contrary, thousands of people, who had to leave their country and family due to war, fights and destroyed infrastructure, are worrying about the cold weather and are trying to move on and wishing to find a place where to settle down and get a new chance to start a new life.

This topic "Asylum and Refugees", which we last discussed in Oct. 2015,  has developed a challenging dynamic.

Again, I was asked by some people to initiate an English discussion about this issue in order to exchange experiences what has happened since then and what is reality right now.
