Positive Psychology
in times of Corona
Source: Google.com
Positive Psychology has been an interesting issue being discussed at medical and psychological basis. Already businesses have begun taking it serieously. Positive psychology can lead to people that are healthier in mind and body, are successful and confident in what they do and seem to be more powerful and don't give up too early.
This webpage provides plenty of links for self-study and prepares for the next Pop-in session with the discussion about Positive Psychology. Feel free to think about the queries below which are a guideline for the discussion.
Due to Covid-19 safety restrictions have become stricter and I can suggest to offer
- 2 seats in real/f2f in Jägergasse 25 in 4730 Waizenkirchen (please wear face masks and keep distance, hand desinfection is available, after 30 min airing the room is a must) and
- 5 seats life online via Skype or Zoom or MS Teams or Jitsi or Frama Talk or WhatsApp or Webex Teams. Please book early - seats are limited.
Here are some thoughts for the discussion (feel free to prethink about it):
- What is Positive Psychology (PP) and can it really influence our daily behaviour and well-being?
- Could PP also boost our productivity, resilience?
- Would PP be a good tool to practise in schools and university with students, teenage-learners even very young learners?
- Could PP help to handle stress and pressure?
- Where do you see potiential in indroducing PP and help people mentally and physically?
- Is PP nonsense?
- Are you a positive person?
- Whats makes/helps you stay positive?
- Could we grow from PP even in times of Corona?
- Could PP make us be happier and more satisfied with what we already have?
- Could PP help us see things/problems/chances differently and step out of the negativity?
- Does positive people make them more liked and attractive?
- a.m.m.
