(Learning how to learn by Barbara Oakley)

(The Pomodoro technique was originally founded by Francesco Cirillo in the late 1980s: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pomodoro_Technique)
The Pomodoro Technique is a very structured learning strategy like a learning tool that helps students structure, learn, practise,
manage and consolidate their study workload. To put this learning tool into practice and introduce it to millions of students online and worldwide, Professor Barbara Oakley, who teaches one of
the most famous MOOC subjects "Learning how to learn", developed this fantastic online learning course, which is available at Coursera.
What makes this learning strategy so effective, powerful and successful?
Pomodoro Technique stands for: * 25 minutes
* no interruptions
* focus
* reward!
There is also a book which I can warmly recommend:
